The DZA is a 40something year old man from New Mexico. He got into roleplaying and most other things Dork because of his older sister. She got him into gaming while she was in college and he was in middle school. He played two games of AD&D first edition and was hooked! Unfortunately, it was years before he was able to play again, even though he bought every single 2nd Edition Forgotten Realms and Planescape book he could find. Actually, he’s pretty sure he had the entire Planescape series. Along with D&D, his sister also got him in to comics, horror movies, painting miniatures, Vampire: The Masquerade, Shadowrun, and all kinds of other stuff, placing him on the Path of Dorkness.
He currently serves in the Navy and is stationed in Florida with his amazing wife and not-always amazing puppy Bailey.
